To use store credit, you must be logged into the store via your account.
If store credit is available, it will be displayed in the 'Store Credit' section at checkout.
You can then select 'Apply Store Credit' to use it as a payment method.
Only the full store credit amount can be used as a payment method; you cannot select a partial amount of their store credit to pay for an order.
If the store credit is insufficient, you may need to use another payment method to cover the remaining balance.

The financial details of your order can be found in "My account" under "Orders".
In addition, we always send a paper version of the invoice with your order.

Of course! We give an honest picture of the price you have to pay and therefore all our prices include VAT.
The VAT amount is always specified on your invoice.

You can use a discount code when entering the payment details.
On the right side below the overview of the items in your shopping cart you will find the 'discount code' field.
Enter your discount code here and then press the 'Apply' button.
The discount will then be applied to your order and you will benefit from it!

An invoice represents the order actually paid and to be delivered and cannot be adjusted.
