Stockings To Go is not a traditional physical store. We offer you the option to collect your order from us in the webshop after payment. To do this, select the option 'Collection at Stockings To Go after appointment' during check-out in our webshop. We will contact you for a further appointment. Of course the option is free.

Order

We also have all items for sale in the Stockings To Go webshop directly in stock for delivery.
If an item is unexpectedly unavailable (which is an exceptional situation), we will contact you directly by email.
We will then look for a suitable solution and if this is not possible, we will proceed with crediting.

We regularly update our stocks and the size you require can often be delivered quickly.
Is your size sold out? Click on the desired size of your item and enter your contact details via the 'Sold out? Click here.'
You will then be the first to receive a message immediately when the item and size you require is back in stock.

If necessary, we have added a size chart to all items. Using this size chart you can easily determine which size you need.
The size chart can be found on the page of the relevant item under the available different size variants.
You will find a specific size chart per brand, and sometimes per item.
If in doubt, please contact us, we will be happy to assist you.

Dispatch

We offer you the option to collect your order from us in the webshop after payment. To do this, select the option 'Collection at Stockings To Go after appointment' during check-out in our webshop. We will contact you for a further appointment. Of course the option is free.

We do everything we can to ship your order the same or next working day. After shipment, PostNL strives to deliver your order the next day, both in the Netherlands and Belgium. The delivery time of orders to all other countries depends on the country of destination and is therefore variable.
If you order on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, your order will be shipped the next working day.

Yes, that is possible and we are happy to do this for you.
To do this, select the 'Discreet shipping' option which is located at the bottom of the page when completing your order and also in the extensive overview of your shopping cart.
We will then send your order in neutral packaging without company name and logo.
Perhaps the 'Pickup at PostNL Collection Point' option is a good alternative to consider.

Payment and invoice

The financial details of your order can be found in "My account" under "Orders".
In addition, we always send a paper version of the invoice with your order.

Of course! We give an honest picture of the price you have to pay and therefore all our prices include VAT.
The VAT amount is always specified on your invoice.

You can use a discount code when entering the payment details.
On the right side below the overview of the items in your shopping cart you will find the 'discount code' field.
Enter your discount code here and then press the 'Apply' button.
The discount will then be applied to your order and you will benefit from it!

An invoice represents the order actually paid and to be delivered and cannot be adjusted.

Returns

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. Is the article not quite what you expected? We will fix this together.
For all information about exchanges and returns, please refer to the ' Returns, exchanges and complaints ' page.

If you meet all return conditions and can demonstrate that the return shipment has been returned to us within 14 days after cancellation, you are entitled to a refund of the purchase price. We understand that waiting can be annoying, so we will refund your purchase amount to your bank, PayPal or credit card account within 14 days after cancellation. However, we may wait to refund until we have received the goods or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods.

The amount will be refunded to the account you used for payment, unless you give us permission for another payment method. There will never be any additional costs for you for this.

Did you pay shipping costs for the outbound shipment? If you return the entire order, we will not only refund the purchase price, but also the shipping costs you paid.

Please note: The costs of return shipping are at your own expense.
