Swap
Ultimately, you may not be satisfied with an item you purchased. Of course, you can easily exchange it for a different size, color, or other item. This is quick and easy at Stockings To Go Beenmode.
An item purchased by you can always be exchanged under the conditions below:
- Within 14 days after delivery date.
- The item will be returned to Stockings To Go with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition with labels and packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened legwear packaging.
You just need to follow these steps:
- Register your return via the online return form.
To do this, log in to the customer portal . If you do not have an account yet, you will receive a code after registration to log in and create your return. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you'd like to return, provide a reason for the return, and add a note if desired. Finally, click "Request return."
- We will process your request and after acceptance you will receive a confirmation email with a return form.
Print out the returns form, fill in the final details and indicate which item you would like to receive as a replacement. Finally, add the completed form to your return package.
- Prepare your return package for shipping. Pack your product securely, preferably using the original packaging.
- Please stamp your parcel sufficiently (usually Letterbox parcel+ is sufficient) and send it via a PostNL point near you.

- You will receive the exchanged item back within 2 working days, if in stock and without shipping costs.

Returns and MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - Cooling-off Period
If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it. This is quick and easy at Stockings To Go Beenmode. You'll receive a full refund within 5 business days.
An item purchased by you can always be returned under the following conditions:
- You can cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt (without giving a reason). After canceling, you have another 14 days to return your product.

Complaints
Stockings To Go Beenmode does its utmost to deliver a perfect product with the associated service. If, despite this, you are not satisfied with a delivered product, the handling, or our service, you can report this by sending an email to info@stockingstogo.nl . We will process your complaint within 24 hours and notify you. We will then work with you, the customer, to find a suitable solution. When filing a complaint, please ensure that the products have been worn and washed according to the instructions. If this has not been done, the complaint will be deemed unfounded.
If this doesn't lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur. Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU have also been able to submit complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint isn't already being handled elsewhere, you are free to submit it through the European Union platform.
