Exchange

Ultimately, it may always be the case that you are not satisfied with an item you purchased. Of course, an item can then easily be exchanged for a different size, a different color and/or a different item. This can be done quickly and easily at Stockings To Go Beenmode.

An item you have purchased can always be exchanged under the conditions below:
- Within 14 days after delivery date.
- The item will be returned to Stockings To Go with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition with labels and packaging. From a hygiene point of view, we cannot accept returns of opened hosiery packaging.

Exchange goes as follows:
If possible, we would like to receive advance notice by email to info@stockingstogo.nl with the subject: 'exchange' and the 'order number'. You can of course also call us first for advice.
In this email, please state the relevant item number, the reason for exchange and the item you wish to receive back.
We would like to receive the return shipment preferably in the original box/envelope from Stockings To Go Beenmode.

You send the return shipment to the address below:

You will receive the exchanged item back within 2 working days, if in stock and without shipping costs.

Returns and MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - Grace period

If an item does not meet your expectations, it can easily be returned. This can be done quickly and easily at Stockings To Go Beenmode. You will then receive the purchase amount back within 5 working days.

An item you have purchased can always be returned under the conditions below:
- You cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt (this is possible without giving a reason). After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.
- The item will be returned to Stockings To Go with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition with labels and packaging. From a hygiene point of view, we cannot accept returns of opened hosiery packaging.

Complaints

Stockings To Go Beenmode does its utmost to deliver a perfect product with the accompanying service.
If, nevertheless, you are not satisfied with a delivered product, the handling or our service, you can report this by email to info@stockingstogo.nl.

We will process your complaint within 24 hours and inform you of this. Together with you as a customer, we will then look for a suitable solution to the problem.
When submitting a complaint, please take into account the fact that the products have been worn and washed according to instructions. If this has not happened, the complaint will be declared unfounded.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
