All prices in the Stockings To Go webshop include 21% VAT.

Our stock and delivery
The aim of Stockings To Go Beenmode is to have all items in the collection in stock for immediate delivery, so you will not find any items with us to enhance the shop. If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will receive a notification in the shopping cart BEFORE you finally place the order. We will inform you about any subsequent deliveries immediately upon receipt with the expected delivery time.

Order confirmation and progress notifications
When your order has been completed, you will receive confirmation of the placed order via email. Always check the email address you provided for typographical errors.
If you have not received this, it is wise to first check the Spam folder of your email program.
During the order processing process you will receive emails with the latest status (for example shipment) and any relevant additional information.

Shipping without 'sender' on envelope or package
Would you like to receive your order without 'sender' on the envelope or package? That is possible and we are happy to do this for you.
To do this, select the 'Send order anonymously' option which is located at the bottom of the page when completing your order.
Perhaps the 'Pickup at PostNL Collection Point' option is a good alternative to consider.

We offer you the option to collect your order from us in the webshop after payment. To do this, select the option 'Collection at Stockings To Go after appointment' during check-out in our webshop. We will contact you for a further appointment. Of course the option is free.

Pick up at PostNL Collection Point - Netherlands
You no longer have to stay at home to receive your package. With more than 2,600 collection locations throughout the Netherlands, there is always one nearby, including Albert Heijn, Plus, Bruna, Jumbo and Primera.
To do this, select the 'Collection point' option during check-out in our webshop. PostNL automatically selects the nearest PostNL Collection Points for you and you can indicate your preference.

PLEASE NOTE: The selection of your desired collection point takes place after payment has been completed!

You will receive an email from PostNL about the time when you can collect your order, normal delivery time is approximately 1 working day.
Please note: Your package will remain available at the collection point for 7 days. After this period, the package will be returned to Stockings To Go.
Simple and fast for an amount of € 6.95, from € 60 you pay € 2.45.

Shipping via Standard PostNL

As standard, we send all our orders the same or next working day via PostNL as letterbox post and only for larger quantities it will be parcel post.
PostNL strives for delivery within 24 hours and any possible delay is beyond Stockings To Go's control.

For shipment via letterbox post, we use a special box that meets the maximum dimensions for delivery via your letterbox.

Simple and fast for an amount of

  • €4.50 for the Netherlands, free from €60
  • €6.95 for Belgium and Germany
  • €11.95 other available countries

For the Netherlands, standard shipping costs are free from €60.

Shipping to Belgium
As standard, we ship all deliveries to Belgium the same day via PostNL as letterbox post or parcel. Experience shows that delivery can take several working days.

If you choose this payment method, you will receive an email with the payment details after you have placed the order. Your payment is made via Mollie's bank account. Please note: Processing orders paid by bank takes a few days longer than payment via iDEAL or PayPal.
